Siebe, Gorman & Co Ltd.‘Pearler’
Back in the old days Siebe Gorman ‘copied’ this model from their competitor ‘Heinke’ and sold the helmets as the ‘Siebe Gorman Pearler’. But this time someone copied the Siebe Gorman Pearler in an attempt to make some money selling it is a genuine antique. I don’t know where this helmet was made, but it could be in Burma because I have spotted similar fake helmets there on my travels in the nineteen nineties.
